How much does assisted living cost?

Cost depends on the level of care and services each resident needs. We accept the CADI and Elderly Waivers and private pay. Request pricing and we'll put together a plan that fits.

Is there a waiting list?

No. There is no waiting period for residents using the CADI or Elderly Waiver, and new studio apartments are available now.

What's included in a studio?

A private bathroom, an individual A/C unit, all utilities (heat, cooling and water), a 24-hour emergency call system and daily wellness checks, on a month-to-month lease with a 30-day notice.

Who is a good fit for assisted living?

People who need help with daily activities like personal care or medications, but don't need full-time nursing care. We'll assess care needs together during a consultation.

Does Medicare pay for assisted living?

Generally, no. Medicare doesn't cover room, board or personal care in assisted living. Medicaid waivers like CADI and Elderly Waiver often can. We'll help you sort it out.
