Where it started
We opened four group homes in the East Side St. Paul and West St. Paul areas.

2020
A home on Hazel Street
After six successful years, we began building our Hazel Street location, opening with 24 rooms.

2023
Growing to meet the need
Seeing how many families needed great care, we started an expansion to add 30 more rooms.

2024
Expansion complete
In April, the new rooms opened, so we can serve more residents while keeping the same high standard of care.

New apartments available
Studios are open now, with no waiting period for CADI and Elderly Waiver.
